We hope you’re delighted with your purchase from Carla Deniz. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your items for a refund by following the guidelines below:

You are welcome to try on the items, but please take good care of them and return them in the same condition you received them, with all original labels attached.
For hygiene reasons, we kindly ask that any briefs are tried on over your own underwear.
Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging.
